Two bronze medals from Hungary

Boxers from 30 countries from February 5 to 9 took part in an international tournament in the Hungarian city of Debrecen. Mikhail Kvasyuk and Alexey Zavatin returned home with bronze medals.

 

Michael got up to the third step of the pedestal of honor in the category of 64 kg. after defeating kosovo boxer Shpetin Vazhoku, but for reaching the final, losing to iranian Machoudimalamiri Moslem. Aleksey, who performing in heavyweight, defeated ring master Feher Kopani, but then lost to ukrainian Andrei Gorodetsky.

 

Viktor Karapchevsky (75kg) defeated ukrainian Mykola Yakimchuk in the starting fight, but in the next fight he was unable to beat argentinian Francisco Daniel Veron. Dmitry Galagots (64kg) and Andrei Zatushevsky (91kg) lost their first fights, respectively to the kazakh Sabirzhan Bebergenov and the ukrainian Sergey Khorskov.
